Jehovah's blessings seem to have been a bit meager since 1995.
I wonder why ?
after seeing the uk yearbook stats thread i decided to compile canada's yearbook stats.
i was able to get the stats from 1973 to 2012. so here they are in a table below along with some colourful graphs.

sd-7's 3rd memorial of freedom falls on sunday, march 10th, 2013, at sundown.
check your local news for when sundown happens in your area, so that you may pass the emblems--chocolate milk and pop tarts--in observance of liberation from the watchtower.
for review, the pop tarts represent one's body, which will no longer sit in a kingdom hall.
Drought here ...
... and New Zealand doesn't have Pop Tarts.
Going fishing. Enjoy your spring

you all had some interesting thoughts on that jw memorial thread.
some of you mentioned that you are going so that you can set some sort of example.
i gather that some of you believe that by going and eating, you are somehow showing them they can (or should) do it too.. that really confuses me.
Watchtower god never shows up and does anything the Watchtower says He will, so I don't see any point in doing anything His Church says I should.
hi alll!
well, i'm good!.
i haven't been to the hall in like 5 months.
I'm an unbaptised born in too.
As long as you are absolutely sure that he is not in any way a believer, his JW past shouldn't be a problem between you. It might even be an asset in your case.
Lots of people have differences with their parents. That doesn't make them less marriageable, especially when those differences are religious.
Sure, it would be really nice if his parents were OK with your 'apostacy' from their silly little cult, but you are not going to marry them.
Seeing as he is unbaptised, his parents don't have any real excuse to shun him and not try to convert him. He can use this to talk to them as long as he remembers ALL of the WTs warnings for identifying 'opposers' and doesn't cross any lines. Gently does it.
If he is just pretending that he is a non-believer and you marry him, I do not see any possibility for a happy future for you both.
I have followed your journey since you joined and much of it had me worried, but this thread is a breath of fresh air. I wish you both well.
Cheers
Chris
hi to everyone on here, my name is kim, i have been on here anonymously for about 6 months now giving our family's story.
if any of you haven't read my daughter gojira's post about the latest, here's the updates.
the witch hunt is on..... http://www.jehovahs-witness.net/jw/friends/246388/3/the-time-is-near-for-my-families-crucification.
G'ma offended that my Hubby told her Jehovah is not God's true name she is calling all our friends and family and telling them we have gone apostate.
G'ma needs to be shown that in her own church's literature. Type 'jehova martini' into the search box of the WTLib
Your Hubby needs to remember that he doesn't need to explain anything. What he has to do is show them problem literature, get them to read it to him, then shut up except to make them do the explaining and to keep them honest.
Never give a JW your opinion. Make them provide documentation for their's.
raising tennis aces: the williams story.

It was a doco from around 2002.
You would not have guessed that they were in any way associated with any church except for a brief comment by their Dad that was Christian (=non- JW doctrine) and a brief reference at the end to JW.
The JW who viewed it with me never said a word.
I saved a digital copy of it in case it comes in handy. 1.3 GB
i was baptised --1963. left in 1978. fifteen years.
pre-baptism, another 5 years.
Born in
Great Unwashed Class
Haven't been in a KH except for funerals and weddings since 1976
so i have a question that's been bothering me for years.
i know this is extreme but i think you'll see where i'm going with this.
so ex-jw's are evil we're on "satan's side" as my dad told me and we aren't worth a hello.
The Ragazines and Pubic Talks are very clear on all of those issues, the fact that many are getting away with those behavious is a symptom of the malaise that has resulted from Jehovah locking himself in the privy and refusing to fulfill the WT's promises.
as we all know, reaching a believing jw is difficult, maybe impossible.. i've tried many years of reasoning before i realised that reason isn't something they really understand, and science is something they can brush off with a wave of their hand.
now i'm going to prepare very succinct examples of their blatant quotemining and somehow get one of them to read it, then ask them why purveyors of the truth need to use lies to support their claims.
maybe i'm too optimistic but i'm hopeful this might have some effect.
A TROOOO believer Dub won't give a toss. They use dishonesty themselves when they need to polish the WT's image or a doctrine they think the listener would find distasteful. I've had Dubs condone quotemining when they found themselves trapped.
